Coke or Pepsi?

The on going question, Which is better Coke or Pepsi? They both are very tasty, but some people like one more than the other because of possibly brand name, taste, or even the design of the can! But I’m here today to give you some facts about Coke and Pepsi!
Coca-Cola
- Coca-Cola was first invented by Dr. John S. Pembertonin the year of 1886, formulated with extracts from coca leaves, and kola nuts (notice the Coca Cola)
- The first Coco-Cola was sold on May 8th, 1886 in Atlanta, at a soda fountain near Jacob’s Pharmacy
- In 1919 when the formula was sold for the 2nd time, it was worth over $25 million
- The place of the first bottling of Coca-Cola was in Mississippi at what is now the site of the Biedenharn Candy Company Museum
Pepsi
- In 1898 Caleb D. Brandham as an imitation to Coca-Cola.
- Pepsi spent a lot of time being advertised in China, with the slogan “Pepsi Give You Life” But the only little problem with that was that they messed up with the translation of it, the really said translated “Pepsi Brings Your Ancestors Back From The Grave”
- During President Nixon’s term, Pepsi was the first foreign consumer product, that was to be sold in the Soviet Union.
